Should I ride my bike every day for best results?
I am trying to 20-30 minutes per day on my exercise bike every day, but some days I feel lazy and tired and very guilty if I do not. This has been my routine for the last 3 weeks. Is this normal? What advice, training tips can you give me?
20-30 minutes is just a warm-up, you should aim for longer. FWIW, this time of year you need to be mounted outside, not inside. Equestrian Within every day throughout the year will turn your brain to mush. Change it up some. Swimming, running, hiking, playing tennis.
