
Problem with heart rate?
When I exercise, my heart rate increases to normal levels might be wait. After exercise, my heart rate goes down to the speed you expect it. The problem is the exercise after it drops to about 110-120 bpm, and stays there for a few hours before returning to my normal heart rate (about 80-85 bpm). You do not know if it matters, but I'm about 300lbs. and try to lose weight. Also, I had many heart-related tests including a stress test which ended up being the problems anxiety and no heart problems. My Heart Rate was actually doing exactly the same thing during my stress test and the nurse got nervous but then the doc blew it and let me go. Is there anything I need to be concerned?
yes it takes a few hours for the heart rate to be completely back to normal if you've made a violent effort. If you havent got one you buy a monitor, you can keep your eyes on rates and you will be able to monitor the improvements you will
