heart rate low during exercise

heart rate low during exercise
Weight Training Class Good For Me?

I used to eat around 1200 calories a day. I was then diagnosed with anorexia and am now being forced to eat more. Now I eat about 1500 calories a day and I’m supposed to get to 1800. During this whole mess, I found out that I have a dangerously low heart rate, which kind of freaked me out. I got on a reutine a while back ago and now I’m really used to working out on a regular basis. I don’t think I am going to be able to do any cardio exercises, unfortunatly, but I was wondering about weight training. Will this be to risky considering my heart issues? Also, I am hoping to tone my whole body, but mainly my stomach. Will I accomplish this with weight training and core exercises? I am thinking of joining a class. Please let me know your opinion and if you have any other ideas for me. I am going CRAZY without exercise! Thanks everyone!

I think that a weigh training class would be a good way for you to be able to feel healthy on your own level, and be healthy according to your doctor’s level as well. It’s a great idea ^.^ However, the kicker is to not do something so intense that it can screw up your heart or anything. SO just be careful, and check with your doctor before you start ANY classes. Good Luck!
