heart rate monitor on a running machine?
On a running machine it has suggested heart rates for age. my qestion is what does it mean if your heart rate is say. more than the suggested age? when working out?
Your heart rate can vary according to your fitness when exercising – like blood pressure there are only normal ranges – dont be concerned unless you have symptoms. The closer you can exercise to your maximum heart rate the fitter you are – unfit people frequently cannot get anywhere near it with exercise. If you are working out hard especially dont be concerned!
