What is the best type of heart rate monitor?
I mean, I can use in motion and continuous feedback would be great (so I guess he should have the chest strap). Calories burned and a stopwatch function is also good. Other cool features that may be Missing? Good value and performance, hopefully under $ 100.
Honey? You just find your best answer. LOL! Mine is called a WrisTech. It is a very small monitor with a cuff that goes right around your wrist. It takes two AAA batteries and keep track of previous readings. The mine was date hour systolic, diastolic, pulse and it was about $ 40.00 on E-Bay. It's so tiny and very cool. Get one. It's like a little cuff blood pressure.
