Which is more accurate for measuring anxiety, galvanic skin responce or heart rate variability when concearning biofeedback devices?
I believe heart rate variability is the best. This can also show you the drop in heart rate which can lower blood pressure which is also very helpful for your body. I hope you are doing OK. Take Care.
