Doing 30 minutes of exercise in 5 minutes slots have the same effect?
I just started exercising, walking up and down my stairs. but I'm tired very fast, could do it in 5 minutes instead of slots Throughout the day and still have the same benefits?
I am not a college-educated man, but I've been in the army for 15 years and in that time I have been assigned to the units to be in good physical shape is a necessity or else ….. and what I've learned is, above all, the answer to your question is "NO", and this is why. Say you worked continuously for 30 minutes. compared with 5 min x 6, = 30 min. The person who can go nonstop for 30 minutes. have more edurance and he or she is pushing your muscles to more of what we call muscle failure for a period of time will build your endurance and strengthen your muscles. It's a bit like the same thought process as to whether there was a step and then rested lines run three miles without stopping, but …. the person who took a step and then rested in the course of a week I finally traveled three miles and take a step off. Who is in better shape (and can prove to him by his physical) and, of course, the person who runs 3 miles a day is in better shape. sense??
