I've been counting calories and exercising, but nothing has come out – WHY?

I have 32 years and have gained about 45 pounds in the last years. I am a person on a diet yo-yo – made all the fad diets, the loss of 20 to 30 pounds, then won it all back + some. I decided to do it right time … I'm keeping my calories to about 1000-1400 per day. Trying to keep fats, carbohydrates, low sodium, fiber above. Balanced meals – ie last night I had fish and sauteed spinach. Regular exercise – walking, aerobics, cycling. I think I'm doing everything right, but the results NO! It's been about 3 weeks. A week was "into it" (I cheated a little), but two weeks solid discipline. As I calories calories burned face (and keep track of everything, every day) that should be a constant loss of 3.2 pounds per week. After 2 weeks, I lost 3 pounds. Got on the scale this morning and nothing. It is very frustrating. Could it be that my body needs something more to shake up the way of weight loss?

Bodies not coin-operated machines. Especially women. If you are making a lifestyle change permament, why are you asking yo-yo diet results Type? Take the attitude that you do not know what their "ideal weight" and if you treat your body with respect, "finds" for you. Look at your project long term. A little time for life. Continue doing what he said, and add an apple or two a day and two or three glasses of water. (Fiber and water to move never hurts.) Use the scale just to make sure it's not winning. He was slender and elegant in a year, and remain so for the rest of his life. No can that be good enough as a goal?
