Resting Heart Rates and the benefits….?
Why is it beneficial for your resting heart rate to return to normal faster after every activity.
I asked this yesterday but phrased the question wrong and people got confused.
it shows the ability and flexibility of the heart. lazy people who don’t do anything give their heart a hard time when they do activity and so as it has to do unusual work it takes longer to reteun to normal. a fit persons heart is used to the extra work it is asked to do. therefore it is better for your heart to recover quickly and benificial as it proved your heart can take unexpected activity with ease and not cause a heart atttack.
