heart rate lab report
Effect of exercise on heart rate?

I must write a lab report on a classroom experience where we measured our resting heart rate, measured and then exercised again later to see how the pulse was changed. In the evaluation, I to tell you the results (obviously heart rate increased) to the circulatory system. I wrote a little lower but an assessment that I'm going to write some more. Any help here please? Everything I said is that basically the heart must work harder to pump blood to the muscles being exercised because oxygen demand is increased.

During each heartbeat, the muscles of the heart contract causing a wave of pressure that pushes blood through the arteries. This pressure wave is known as a pulse. There is a pulse for each heartbeat heart. The pulse can be felt at different points of the body where the arteries are just under the skin, such as temples, neck, bend of the elbow, wrist, groin, back, knee and back inside of the ankle. The normal pulse rate varies with age. Below is a table showing range of heart rate and average heart rate for different ages. Through exercise or physical activity, heart rate increases to provide the muscles with more oxygen to produce extra energy. The heart can beat 200 times per minute with exercise extremes. The brain sends nerve signals to monitor heart rate. The organization also produces chemical hormones, like adrenaline, that can change the heart rhythm. When we are excited, scared, or anxious our heart becomes a signal to beat faster. During a fever, the heart beats faster to deliver more blood to the body surface to release heat and cool the body. Increases in heart rate during and after meals to send more blood to the digestive system. The heart of a trained athlete can pump more blood with each beat if the heart is slower. Similarly, the recovery time an athlete is shorter. There are two ways the heart can not meet the body's need for oxygen during exercise. He can beat faster or it may beat faster, moving more blood through the pump. But it can beat faster if she has been strengthened by regular exercise.
