MORE ankle weights weighted vest for walking?
What are the benefits or what is the effectiveness of each, to lose weight faster furing a ride? Has anyone used the two together and how does it help? I am a veteran traveler over 10 years, and I have no way of fitness machines. No no mountains in Florida that I upload, everything is flat, so that the figure weights is the best option. If you are going to choose weights, I suggest go with the vest. Ankle weights can cause stress on your joints, leading to injuries. The advantage of using weights is that your body is exert more energy to walk regularly. It's quite simple if you think about it. More energy used = more calories burned.
