Is this considered a day healthy? How do I do?

It was cardio and strength using your body as a weight How do I do? will I stand? it brings me to a little over 1,100 calories. Is it good? im delivers an eating disorder and im seeing a nutritionist and everything not need me to lecture on all things caloric intake. but is it enough exercise? advice / suggestions would be great! thank you!

You did fine. I do not eat lightly, you’re already to a target weight. You can not eat less than 1,200 calories per day w / o sacrificing muscle. If you want to tone your muscles, you need exercise, not cut calories.
