
Is running or walking at a faster pace on the treadmill to lose more weight?
I heard that walking burns more calories and led to a rapid loss of weight, however, I also heard that the performance is the same thing. HELP =]
The idea exercise is to provide oxygen, not be out of breath. If you can run and breathe deeply, as in oxygen, you will burn calories. Remember to breathe oxygen, do not be out of breath.
